Sexist:

Someone actually believed that the DickMalott post on FB which says: “The cohort date is when they entered BATS. They all graduated two years later. And I include their marriage and parenthood status to help because of my reluctance to admit women into our grad program, as I feared we and they would invest a large amount of effort into their behavior-analysis training, then they'd get married, have babies, and stop being professional behavior analysts. Hmmm.”  Clearly this is tongue-in-cheek as he points out that they all have jobs.  It is not an admission of discriminatory practices in the department.  The bulk of his students are and have been female.

And again – he named the post Three Hot Chicks for the same reason headlines use clickbait.  It got the audience to read his long post of good tips given by those three students.  One of the students in the post has had to repeatedly ask all the people going after DickMalott to stop using her picture/name as a means to skewer him – as she understands the *function* of his behavior. It is not to denigrate, but to gain attention and then convey his message.  The topography is the problem, not the function.
